The Vienna Opera on Ringstrasse-Boulevard.In 1860,an internatonal competition for a new opera building was won by architects Siccardsburg and van der Nuell. The Opera House was opened with Mozart's Don Giovanni on May 25,1869. After bomb damage in 1945 the opera reopened in 1955.
